Multi-Modal Passenger Terminal Proposed for Coal Harbour Area

A more cost-effective and integrated proposal for a multi-modal passenger terminal tying float plane, helicopter, and seabus traffic to Skytrain, The Canada Line to the Vancouver Airport, taxis, buses and the West Coast Express.
