Gold-Medal Chef In Charge of the Stoves at the Fairmont Pacific Rim

Gold medal-winning chef, David Wong, is providing some additional flair to Coal Harbour dining with the opening of Oru, Giovane and the Lobby Lounge and Patio in The Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel and Residences. The Fazioli piano in the lobby lounge promises to attract some great jazz musicians too. Jazz will be played nightly in the Lobby Lounge, Monday through Saturday and also on Sunday afternoons. I expect this will be a great new gathering place for residents and visitors of Coal Harbour.
